VENDOR FAQ'S

How much will I make?

On our free account vendors receive 65% of all their products sold. There are no hidden service charges, if you sell a product for $10 you will receive $6.50, it's as simple as that! Though, as a special thanks to those who join us early, you will receive 80% from all your products sold from now until May 31st, 2019.

When will and how will I get paid?

Payouts are made via PayPal. We make payouts at the beginning of each month to accounts that have a balance of $50 or more. If your balance isn't at $50 we will pay you the month that you've reached $50. If you would like a payout earlier you can request one, there will be a $2.50 charge for payouts under $50.

What kind of products can I add to my shop?

You can include any kind of downloadable or printable material for educators. This includes ebooks, flashcards, worksheets, etc. What it doesn't include are things such as access to ecourses or private groups or pages.

Do you charge sales tax?

Since we are from Canada and have vendors from different countries we are currently leaving sales tax up to the vendor. If you are required to collect sales tax I would suggest incorporating it into your product price. We are continuing to monitor the tax rules and will let our vendors know if we end up making any changes.

How will I know if my application is approved?

We will send you a welcome email once your account has been approved. Accounts are approved within 24 hours of applying, if it's been over 24 hours and you haven't heard anything you can email us at: support@educator.shop and we'll look into it.
